Investify is a technology platform providing analytical tools, financial market information, and artificial intelligence (AI) assistants to help investors in Vietnam. Specifically, the Service may include:

Investify is NOT:

- An asset management company
- A licensed broker, dealer, or investment advisor

Investify does not accept investment funds, does not open securities accounts, does not execute buy/sell orders, and does not manage your asset portfolio.

- Recommendations to buy or sell any securities, funds, or financial products

AI-generated analysis may contain errors, outdated information, or biases. Investify is not liable for any damages arising from your reliance on AI content to make investment decisions.
3. User Obligations
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or contacting us
- Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes
- Not attack, probe, intentionally disrupt, or damage the Service infrastructure

You may:

- Share links to content on social media with proper attribution
You may not:
- Copy or republish all or substantial parts of our content for commercial purposes without written consent
- Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution
- Use content to train other AI models
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties, whether express or implied. Investify makes no warranty that:
- Content is 100% accurate, complete, continuously updated, or error-free
- The Service will operate continuously, without interruption, or without errors
- The Service will be suitable for your specific purposes
- Analysis and forecast results will prove accurate in practice
Market data may be delayed, out of sync with official sources, or contain errors due to technical issues at third-party data providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Investify and its employees, members, shareholders, and partners shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Lost profits, lost investment opportunities, lost data
- Damages resulting from investment decisions based on Service content
- Damages arising from technical errors, service interruptions, or cyber attacks
arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Marketing
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services (for example: FINRA product, Zalo stock groups, affiliate partners). Investify does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. When you click through and interact with them, you accept their own terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Hanoi for resolution under civil procedure rules.

Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new version. We encourage you to review this page periodically for changes.
12. General Provisions
- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
- Investify's failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Investify regarding your use of the Service
