Part A. Conditions and Restrictions on Service Provision
A.1. User eligibility
- 16 years or older. Users under 18 need parental or guardian consent for paid transactions.
- A valid account with accurate registration details.
- Each account is for a single individual. Sharing, renting or reselling access is not permitted, nor is using one account for several people.
A.2. Scope of service
- The service targets users in Vietnam, with content focused on the Vietnamese stock market.
- The interface is available in Vietnamese and English.
- The service is delivered through a web browser. A mobile application will be announced when released.
A.3. Nature of the service
Investify is a technology platform providing research tools and information. Investify:
- is not a securities company, fund management company or asset manager
- does not receive investment funds, open securities accounts, or place buy/sell orders on your behalf
- does not provide personalised investment advice under the Law on Securities
All ratings, rankings, fair values and forecasts on the platform are generated automatically by AI from publicly available data, apply identically to all users, and are for reference only. Investment decisions and their risks rest with the user.
A.4. Technical limits
- The Basic plan limits AI credits and the number of portfolios.
- Rate limits apply to preserve service quality for everyone.
- Bots, scrapers and automated tools for bulk data collection are prohibited, as is using platform content to train other AI models.
A.5. Refusing or discontinuing service
Investify may refuse or discontinue service where it detects falsified registration details, payment fraud, attacks on the system, unauthorised account sharing, or use of the service for unlawful purposes.
Part B. Display Ranking Policy
B.1. Principles
- All display order, rankings and suggestions on the platform are produced by automated algorithms running on public financial data: financial statements, prices and trading volumes, and market news.
- There are no paid placements. No listed company, securities firm or third party can pay to rank higher, appear earlier, or be suggested more often.
- Ranking results are the same for every user applying the same filters. The platform does not personalise display order for commercial purposes.
B.2. Ranking criteria by area
- Investment opportunities: technical indicators applied to the tickers in the user’s own portfolio and watchlist — RSI overbought/oversold, MACD crossovers, price relative to the 50/100/200-day moving averages, volume spikes, and 1-day, 1-month and 3-month price changes. Results are classified as Buy, Sell or Watch signals.
- Financial health: a score from 0 to 100 derived from published financial statement metrics, calculated per industry group (banking, securities, insurance, other). Bands: Excellent from 80, Good 60–79, Fair 40–59, Poor below 40.
- AI ratings and valuation: aggregated automatically from public financial, valuation and technical data, applied identically to all users.
- Market sentiment: aggregated daily from news and market data for each ticker and index.
- Stock screener: sorted strictly by the criteria the user selects (price, market cap, P/E, growth, liquidity and so on). The platform does not insert tickers outside the filter results.
- Price boards and ticker lists: by ticker symbol or listing exchange; users can change the sort column.
- News and reports: by publication time, newest first.
- Performance heatmap: by price movement and market capitalisation.
Users can change the sort criteria on most data tables.
B.3. Nature of ranking results
All scores, rankings and signals described above are automated calculations provided for reference. They are not buy or sell recommendations and not personalised investment advice.
B.4. Sponsored content
The Investify platform currently carries no advertising, sponsored content or affiliate material within its ranking results. Should such content be introduced in future, Investify commits to labelling it clearly at the point of display and keeping it separate from the ranking of analytical data. This policy will be updated accordingly before any such rollout.
